Welcome to Butterflies & Caterpillars

Using the creative arts, Butterflies & Caterpillars offers one-to-one counselling for children and young people in a colourful and creative therapeutic space in South West London. As well as being great fun, using the arts enables and empowers people to communicate and explore their feelings at a much deeper and more profound level than simply through words alone. This approach to counselling can address a diverse range of challenges and opportunities providing a positive environment for self-discovery, self-expression, self-development and personal growth, as well as improved emotional well-being. Parent-Child Therapy sessions are now also available as well as individual sessions for further support with parents alone.
